We provide a subscription service that allows users to

  • Send postal mail using our online application without the need to visit a post office, from a computer or mobile device.
  • Create a letter from scratch using our Artifical Intelligence and editing tools.
  • Download letters in PDF format.
  • Access and use all pre-written letter templates via the Site's library.
  • Create and save reusable letter templates in the online application.
  • Use your own PDF files by uploading them to the application.
  • Schedule delayed mailings by choosing sending dates.
  • Add contacts and create contact lists to send mail to multiple recipients at once.
  • Check the status of sent mail in the customer area ("In preparation," "In the process of being distributed by postal services," "In correction," "Sent," "Cancelled") and receive notifications via email.
  • Obtain the tracking number if the mail is sent as tracked or registered mail.
  • Maintain a searchable history of processed mail during the subscription period and one (1) year after.
  • Access invoices during the subscription period and one (1) year after.
  • Occasionally benefit from a preferred subscriber rate (terms according to promotional operations).

2. FREE TRIAL

Customers have the opportunity to trial our subscription for a period of 24 hours, free of charge. After the 24-hour trial period, unless canceled within this timeframe, a monthly subscription of €39.9 is automatically initiated. This subscription incurs a monthly fee. Unless canceled, this subscription is automatically renewed on a monthly basis.

Our subscription service is commitment-free and can be canceled at any time. Customers can initiate the cancellation process through their user account on our website.

By accepting these terms, users authorize UMAMI DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LTD to charge their designated payment method for the subscription fees.
